As a student of all things spiritual I have spent my adult life looking for answers. Growing up in the Southern Baptist tradition gave me a foundation but did not address all my curiosities and questions. There are MY tips for getting the most out of your reading.

Doing this work early before the day changes your energy seems to work best especially after a good rest. Schedule a reading on your day off as early as possible.

I prefer a clear mind to work with. Alcohol and other substances should be withheld until after the reading.

If you work in a high traffic facility such as a school or hospital even a restaurant or retail outlet, I suggest a shower or bath first to remove all the extended energies you have picked up from the day. Also cleanse after a gym session. Being around a lot of other people affects your energy and their energy will come through in the reading...
